DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRIAL?
We don't offer a free trial, however, you can sign up to our app with your Google account to try it out in demo mode.
WHAT'S THE MINIMUM TERM?
All our plans are available on both a monthly and annual subscription basis. The minimum term will be determined by the billing period you choose (i.e. if you choose monthly, the minimum term is 1 month).
WILL MY CARD BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED?
Yes. Your card will automatically be charged at the beginning of a new billing period, unless you have cancelled your plan.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY PLAN?
You can cancel your plan at any time using the Stripe Billing Portal. Your plan will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
REFUND POLICY
Generally, if you've been using our service we don't offer refunds. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time in the Stripe Billing Portal. Changes will take effect immediately.
CAN I DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?
Yes. You can downgrade your plan at any time in the Stripe Billing Portal. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
