Who Is QueryBurst For?

QueryBurst is a workspace for modelling multi-turn customer journeys through AI search. But “modelling multi-turn customer journeys” makes it sound more complicated than it needs to be.

The simplest thing you can do in QueryBurst is ask a question the way your customer would and read what comes back. Everything else — personas, branching conversations, retrieval inspection, knowledge graphs — is there when you want it. None of it is required before you start.

The starting point is a conversation

QueryBurst’s Answer Engine works like talking to your customer’s ChatGPT account. You type a question. You get a response. You can read it, follow up, change direction — exactly as a real customer would.

You create a persona by describing who the customer is — even that is a conversation, not a form — and then you talk. That alone can tell you a lot: whether your brand appears, what gets recommended instead, what information the AI is working with, and whether the response is accurate.

No prompt lists. No dashboards to configure. A persona and a conversation.

Complexity scales with what you need

QueryBurst is designed so that users can go as deep as they want without being forced there from the start.

I just want to see what AI says about my brand

Open Answer Engine. Ask a question. Read the response. You’re done. Come back tomorrow and ask again if you want to see what’s changed.

I want to understand how a customer’s conversation develops

Build a multi-turn conversation. Start with a broad question, then narrow it down the way a real buyer would: adding constraints, naming competitors, asking for comparisons. Watch how your brand enters, holds or disappears as the conversation develops.

I want to know why the AI said what it said

Inspect the answer process. See what was retrieved, what was selected as evidence, what was synthesised into the response and what was left out. Understand whether the problem is your content, your competitors’ content, or the model’s prior knowledge.

I want to test how different customers get different answers

Use persistent personas. A first-time buyer, a technical evaluator, a price-sensitive switcher and a loyal customer may all get different responses to the same question. QueryBurst lets you model those differences.

I want to audit my entire site’s AI readiness

Use Site Intelligence to crawl your site and see it the way AI sees it: entities, relationships, claims, topics and the connections between them. Find inconsistencies before the models do.

Who uses QueryBurst today

Brand and marketing teams

Monitor how AI systems describe your brand, products and competitors. Understand the narrative before it becomes a problem. No technical expertise required — if you can use ChatGPT, you can use Answer Engine.

SEOs and content strategists

Understand which content is being retrieved, which pages are being cited, and why certain content is selected over others. Use that to inform what you create, update or fix.

Agencies that do the work

If you’re an agency that wants to actually do the work that makes your clients more visible in AI search, QueryBurst is built for you. If you just want to send a weekly PDF report, you’re probably better off with a prompt tracker.

QueryBurst’s position is that reporting should not be the primary job of an agency. Understanding what AI search is doing with your client’s brand, diagnosing why, and fixing it — that’s the job. The reporting follows from the work, not the other way around.

Product and PR teams

Test how product launches, messaging changes and press coverage affect what AI systems say. See the impact before and after, across different customer types and conversation contexts.

What QueryBurst is not

QueryBurst is not a prompt tracker. It does not run panels of prompts, count brand mentions across responses, or calculate an AI visibility score. Our positions on prompt tracking, tracking versus investigation, and real-user data representativeness are set out in the AI Visibility hub.

QueryBurst is also not a reporting dashboard. It does not produce weekly PDF reports. It is a workspace — a place where you do the work of understanding what AI search is doing with your brand, not a place where you passively receive numbers about it.

Start with a conversation. Go deeper when you’re ready.
